Nutkin soon learns his lesson, but not until Old Brown has his final say!
This freebie from Simple Schooling includes an explanation of why squirrels gather nuts, a primer on trees that complements our October Nature Study unit on trees, leaves, and seeds, a first or second events worksheet, an identifying worksheet that tests their memory of the story and picture sequence cards that will make remembering and thinking critically about the story fun!
